Downloading Adobe Reader
Our latest catalogue of new and recent releases is available for download in Portable
Document Format (PDF). You can also view our comprehensive
online catalogue in HTML. To view the PDF version, you need the free software
Adobe Reader. To download Reader:
- Go to the Adobe
Reader download page on the Adobe web site.
- Once there, follow the instructions given onscreen:
- Choose the appropriate language, platform (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.),
and connection speed from the pull-down menus shown.
- Click the check box to "Download the full version of Adobe Reader
(recommended)." Doing so means a longer download time, but you will
then be able to search for key words in PDF documents.
- Click on the Download button.
- Once downloaded, go to the Acrobat Reader file on your hard drive and double-click
it. The setup program will start. Follow the step-by-step instructions given
by the setup program.
You can install Acrobat Reader on as many work stations as you like. Check
the Adobe web site from time
to time for free updates.
