The films and videos listed in our online catalogue are available to organizations or institutions for purchase or rental with non-theatrical public performance rights. We also sell broadcast and duplication rights for many of our programs. Please note that the availability of certain titles may vary according to the country where the order is placed.

If you would like to contact us to purchase or rent works, please describe your programs, services or event, and how you plan to use work from our collection. Please let us know the dates of any screenings you are planning. Provide as much detail as possible. This will give us a better idea how we can help you.

Format

Our title index lists formats currently available. Most titles are available on VHS (NTSC); many are also available on DVD (encoded for region 0, also called "region free"). Productions listed in the catalogue are in colour and have sound, unless otherwise noted in the description.

Preview Service

Educational institutions, government, galleries, cinemas, independent curators and organizations operating free-loan libraries may preview work without charge. For others, rental charges will apply.

Shipping

Shipping charges are applied to all rentals and purchases. We use the most reliable and cost efficient means for shipping. For rentals, we ship for arrival at least one day in advance of your screening date and returns are to be sent the first business day following the screening. All shipments include packing instructions for the safe return of our programs.

Payment methods

We can accept an institutional purchase order, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To arrange credit card payment, please call us at 604.684.3014, or toll-free in North America at 800.684.3014, during business hours—Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, Pacific Standard Time. We'll take your card details over the phone and use a secure online site to authorize payment. For security reasons, we prefer not to receive credit card info by e-mail.
